As long-standing partners of the vintage sparkling wine grower/producer, we are thrilled to be showcasing Rathfinny this summer on our glorious terrace.
Celebrating the 'Best of British', the outside space features a bespoke Rathfinny bar, complimented by parasols, ice buckets and blankets, making it the perfect spot to relax and unwind with a glass of Sussex from lunch until dusk.
Rathfinny began their journey in 2010, putting down their roots in the South Downs of Sussex; as one of England’s exceptional natural landscapes, the climate, chalk and soil make it the perfect site for producing world-class sparkling wine.

Rathfinny's Sussex Sparkling wines are showcased throughout the restaurant, pairing perfectly with our afternoon tea, bar menu and tasting menus. Highlights in the 6-course tasting menu include the dover sole with 2020 Mini Cuvée, 2019 Classic Cuvée with the tuna and 2019 Rosé with our fresh strawberry dessert.
As a food-friendly sparkling wine, the 2019 Classic Cuvée and Rosé is also offered with our quintessential English afternoon tea, which features finger sandwiches using fresh, seasonal ingredients, accompanied with scones and a selection of cakes.
New this season to the menu is the Rathfinny 2020 Mini Cuvée in 50cl; This innovative bottle appeals to the growing trend for 'less but better-quality' wine. It provides the perfect solution for dining couples, serving four glasses as opposed to six (in a standard 75cl bottle).
